Completely relaxed atmosphere. No one seems to work 500mph as per other companies I have worked for. Free lunch for entire office for whole week Lots of small perks like coffee mug, leather bound notepad, water bottle, pen, umbrella - all company branded

No overtime payment which is disappointing.

Advice to Management

If staff are doing crazy overtime then pay them adequately.

Pros

RRSP with employer’s match, health and dental insurance, yearly bonus, salary above minimum wage, working from home, yearly raise

Cons

Typical bank management, pretend to care about their employees but not really, bonuses and over time are not paid on time, they treat you like a robot and not a human being, they expect too much from us without having management support, management has clearly some favourite employees

Advice to Management

You should genuinely care about your employees, they leave because we feel like you don’t care about us. If we are too many then you should hire more managers so we can have the support we need

There is no bias at all. *They have process defined for everything neatly. Which helps everyone to understand things easily *Even my manger is humble n down to earth guy. Lucky me. *Very good salary
