No Cons to work with Nielsen

Great culture , people are kind and friendly. The campus in oldsmar is also big, but now most work from home (completely remote!! )

After being bought by a private equity firm, the culture has been destroyed, and all jobs are moved offshore.

bough by private equity, destroying the company with moving jobs to lost cost locations and eliminating them in hiring cost countries, yet still excepting to service the higher cost countries the same. Everyone is constantly in fear of losing their job

Good managers, mainly work from home so pretty relaxed.

Value addition by the amount of skills you learn is pretty low

Local team managers are excellent. Work from home and flexible hours were great. Interesting work.

Private equity company bought Nielsen a couple years ago and there are nonstop layoffs. So much institutional knowledge down the drain (in the U.S.) so they can save money by sending thousands of jobs overseas. Company is a shell of its former self.
