Does Pitney Bowes offer massages?

Pros

Free coffee is the only pro

Cons

Racism and Sexism is rife in Pitney Bowes culture. If your a white male you can get promoted into different departments with NO experience. but if your of ethnicity you can work for years and continuously be denied promotions. I have heard many racist and sexist remarks made by management and directors. AVOID working here at all costs UNLESS your a white male, then you'll probably be continuously promoted with no experience.

Advice to Management

Stop being racist and sexist and maybe the company wont be on a downward trajectory. The reason this company is failing is because of this issue.

Does Pitney Bowes offer parental leave?

Pros

The paid time off is nice, and you also get parental leave after a year.

Cons

Benefits are horrible at this company. The hours also suck and they don't care about work/life management. if you have a family be prepared not to see them. Upper Management is a joke, and so is the HR department. I had reported my manager for doing things illegal and for being racist and had proof to back it up and he didn't even get a slap on the wrist.
