Does PwC offer employee discounts?

Pros

Free food in the canteen , free medical , discount on nearby parking and bars

Cons

Toxic work culture , 0 value added tasks which are boring and you learn nothing. You must seek feedback in order to build a case for promotions which was baffling and they only hire uni graduates and pay below average salaries. Use for the CV then get out unless you want a job to coast in for the rest of your life.

Advice to Management

Pay up and give your employees interesting work to do

Good culture and benefits such as health insurance and pension. Lots of training good introduction to professional services

Cons

Very busy. Pay increases are small

Does PwC offer sponsored degrees?

Pros

Great pay and benefits like tuition reimbursement, HSAs, 401k matching, etc. Also get a lot of experience working with teams with a chain of upper management (manager, senior manager, director, partner). Learn a lot very quickly.

Cons

Busy seasons are tough and there are two of them. Can get up to 80+ hours in some seasons but expect around 60-70 hours during busy season.

Great pay and benefits like tuition reimbursement, HSAs, 401k matching, etc.
