Does Stryker offer dental insurance?

Pros

Overall one of the best place to work. working experience can vary based on your team, manager and other factors. Pros - Work life balance, employee collaboration, employee engagement activities and policies, very good perks and benefits. Mediclaim for self and parents , accidental coverage, term life insurance, critical illness cover - all these separate from CTC. Always ~100% or more variable payout. Food policy Latest technology to work upon and free hand to take technology initiative and innovations Reward and recognition policy Leaves and HR policies are employee friendly WFH options - depend on team and project Flexi work hours Company Culture Best of office space and hardware

Cons

- Yes, every 3-5 year firing happens. but they handle the impacted employees. whatever best can be done. even helping them in getting jobs. - They had lots of old tech stack apps as many people worked on 100s of applications randomly without architecture guidance and strategy. so it seemed that Architecture and design strategy were not followed organization wise. but they had been working to improve that. - Lack of Architect role and people - Managers working in non technical capacity - All cons are mostly depend on your group, team and manager.
