      Pros

      competitive pay, remote work, got me into a great team

      Cons

      no PTO or sick time, no overtime as they charge the company 1.5 times and it wont be approved, insurance benefits cover almost nothing, lie frequently about benefits and holidays even when negotiated in contracts (screwed me out of the only time off I had this year), take over 40% of what is charged to the company for my work

      You will get to use different tools like Oracle Peoplesoft Financials, SAP Fieldglass, Coupa. Great company culture, team outing/vertical outings You will be eligible to work upto 5 hrs of overtime per week

      - The contract was mostly easy to work - Former team leads were great - Weekly pay schedule with plenty of opportunity for overtime

      Cons

      - Company decided to switch from a fully remote team to a fully in office team, letting the remote team go without any notice - Very little accountability from upper level staff - No opportunity to grow, does not promote from within - Constant rotating door of management and employees

      Easy work have alot of freedom

      Cons

      Getting too many furloughs, about every three months I have to take a week off with no pay. Also you don't get holiday pay either so when I went into this job initially I was thinking I was going to make a lot more, but my earnings is down $15,000 from the forced time off and holidays.

      Cons

      Contractor pay, which means you only get paid for the hours you are on the clock. No holiday pay, very little PTO, and rarely if ever get approved to work overtime.
