ADP Small Business Development interview questions

Part of the interview process is a "ride-along" day/interview in which I spent a day with an employee in the same position I was applying for. Afterwards, I was asked what "I would do differently" from the employee and how he could improve. A bit awkard considering I had no experience in the field and would not be able to provide an accurate and effective answer.
