I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Oct 2019
Interview
Began with an email from HR to set up a phone call with a member of the HR team. Mostly questions about previous experience, behavioral questions, and a quick "sell me this". Pretty simple if you just are confident and answer the question without forcing it. Second interview was a video call with a sales manager where you are given a case study and have to sell AT&T products based on the scenario. This part was intimidating but as long as you read up on the information you are given and are confident with your solutions, you will do just fine.
