I applied in-person. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Dec 2025
Interview
The Accenture interview process usually begins with submitting an online application, followed by resume screening. If shortlisted, candidates typically have a recruiter or HR phone screening to discuss their background, interest in the role, and basic qualifications. Many entry-level applicants complete an online assessment that may include aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, or coding tests, depending on the position. Shortlisted candidates then move to one or more technical interviews where job-specific knowledge, problem-solving skills, and past projects are discussed. This is usually followed by a behavioral or HR interview focused on communication skills, teamwork, and cultural fit. For some roles, especially consulting or senior positions, there may also be a final managerial or panel interview before the offer decision is made.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your Project and how handle your time in project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
Initial aptitude round will be there, once after clearing that round we will be moved to next technical round where we have to introduce ourselves
About my project in engineering ,asked to describe it and my role in that
Communication skills were checked
