They are keep on postponing upto February last week. Finally they got free panel and I attempted the interview which was taken another 1 week to complete all the rounds.
There are 4 rounds of interview
1. Written
2. Technical
3.Hr discussion
4. MR
I was cleared all the rounds of interview. I got a mail you are 2 steps behind submit your documents for review. I have submitted and documents are reviewed and received the mail you are one step behind one of recruiter will contact you for offer discussion. The next day I was seen the status that "The Candidature was on hold" by stating that due to high compensation.
This is the work part of this company
I didn't not understand few things
In Hr discussion they are asked me salary expectations I said only 20% of hike on my current salary, they said ok and do qualified for next round.
If they are not interested to meet my expected compansation, they have to reject in hr discussion itself they should not qualify for MR discussion.
They are not even of contact me for salary discussion, they just updated the status in the website.
This is worst interview which I was attempted till.

First is the application stage, where you submit your CV or application form and the employer reviews your qualifications.
Next is often an initial screening, which may be a short phone or video call. This is usually to confirm basic details, your experience, and your interest in the role.
If you pass that, you move to a formal interview, which could be in person or online. This is where they ask more detailed questions about your skills, experience, and how you handle situations.
1. Initial Interview with HR.
2. Technical Interview - start with telling about myself, walkthrough experience and projects. Asks about Javascript Libraries and development tools. Challenges encountered

I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (New Delhi) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview was intense and practical, focusing exclusively on hands-on Experience Cloud implementation rather than theoretical knowledge. The interviewer bypassed definition-based questions entirely, instead posing complex, real-time scenarios—such as designing user sharing models, configuring custom LWR templates, or troubleshooting license limitations—to evaluate actual project experience and implementation expertise.
