The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Calcutta) in Sept 2023
Interview
Step1: Aptitude and Technical assessment
Aptitude was easy and two coding questions were asked 1 easy (basic arithmetic output) and 1 medium( bit manipulation using array)
Step2: Communication assessment... versant like questions
Step3: Hr round.. basic personality interview questions asked about responsibility in project. This was the final round and it was around 15 to 20 minutes
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
