I applied in-person. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, Manila) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview took 15 minutes only. Great interview, fast but they question the important details. A bit of your background, achievements in college, internship experience/contributions, what you expect from them and what your goals are.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Did you join any organizations in your college?
2. What are your contributions in your thesis?
3. What's your weakness and forte?
4. Rate how good you are in these programming language.
5. Tell me about your work during internship.
6. What are your goals here if you get in ACN?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
