The recruitment executive and managers were punctual and responded promptly to mails.During the F2F interview rounds they did not keep me waiting , the process was smooth.Post interview rounds the final decision took time to be communicated.
30 minute interview with recruiter and resume is passed onto hiring manager for review. 30 minute interview with hiring manager, and if selected addition interviews with maybe 2 more members of the team. Radio silence after interview with hiring manager. I would have preferred to at least be notified of thanks but no thanks in a timely manner.

Recruiter reached out to me after I had applied over a month ago. Was told there were already candidates in the later stages of the process, but the recruiter was able to get me some time with the hiring manager. After meeting with the hiring manager, I was given a case study to put together as a PowerPoint for an executive audience, and if the hiring manager liked the slides they would proceed. I was rejected after providing the slides without an opportunity to talk through my value proposition. Honestly, slides are meant to be summaries and details and context are provided by the speaker during the presentation. So being judged on just slides without an opportunity to talk through them is a terrible practice.
