I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Adobe (Austin, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
Interview process was extensive, without much feedback on why I was not a good fit. Not sure I’d apply here again, seemed somewhat unstructured and like the interviewers hadn’t shared any info throughout the process.
It was a fairly routine sales interview. There were questions about my background and why I felt I would be a good fit for their current opening. It did not get too technical
it was great. people seem smart. culture seems awesome. absolutely mad growth targets - totally unrealistic. question if the culture tradeoff is worth never making your number!! not sure what else to say. benefits seem great as well.
