Applied on Adobe website and hiring manager reached out to me several weeks later. Had a brief conversation over the phone and was asked the typical EA interview questions. I was asked to come in for a full day interview. I interviewed with around 7 people (including a group lunch). Interviews were in-person and video conference, and typically 30 min long. I was asked your typical - why are you looking, what motivates you, how do you keep organized, your work process, achievements, etc. I didn't hear back until 3-4 weeks after my interview. Did not go through the company's HR process so it was difficult to follow-up with the hiring manager. Overall, it was pleasant experience.

I was sat waiting for my interview, 10 mins later there was no show. I emailed her and she said she didn't have it in her diary even though it was via a scheduling system. She said to reschedule the next day or Monday, I emailed her 3 times, immediately to respond to her message, the next day and Monday and was ignored. Unbelievably unprofessional and have no desire to work for this company if this is the culture.
