Easy going and very conversational. I did not feel anxiety or like I was being interrogated. I appreciate this especially since I get very nervous in interviews. All the panel members made me feel welcome and a sense of belonging.

The recruitment process had 3 stages: one discussion with the recruiter, one with the manager and one with LM +1. All of them were relaxed and you could see the good company culture from the first stages.
