Applied for Adobe express for senior frontend developer and to my suprise i was never evaluated well on the frontend domain. Almost all the rounds were Data Structure and a bit if system design. All the interviewers were backend developers with no to limited frontend knowledge. Last round was taken by some senior folk who wanted a perfect running code on a notepad. Adobe should streamline their interview process and make sure they follow some standard to better evaluate candidates. All 5 rounds on DS wont make much sense when u hiring a react person. There should be Javascript problem solving and machine coding/browser coding rounds as well. Also train your interviewer, they should be taking interviews to hire ppl not to reject based on some silly typos. Really bad experience.
