New grad interview, with 4 back to back interviews. Interviewed with three Area Managers and one Operations Manager. Mostly behavioral questions, so invest some time in finding situations from your past jobs and apply the STAR format.

Tell me about a time you face a difficult situation at work and how did you resolve it?
Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
