Interview
Interview process is all geared around the 14 Amazon Leadership Principles. There were 8 interviews in total - 3 phone screens on separate days and 5 x 45 minute face to face interviews conducted on the same day, 3 by video conference.
Questions require you to answer in the STAR format - Situation/Task, The Actions you took, and the Result.
You must use examples from your career. Much of the questions focus on the negative side of things - how you deal with failure, pressure etc.

Very long, all though they prepare you before the interview process, the process is long and they provide CERO feedback.
After several processes with them, the process has many faults and deficiencies.
