Long application process with online assessments directly related to the job, heard from recruiter a week later to set up travel arrangements, regional hiring event in Denver (had to fly/stay in hotel), interview was 3 hours long (tour plus 3 interviews with different managers from company), hears back within 5 days about interview performance.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
