I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
The interview process consists in 4 steps.
On the first one you are asked about English communication and writing skills by an HR specialist, general questions on your past and present experiences are asked as well.
Then, you have to perform a kind of pressure test online (mainly dealing with percentages, mathematical reasoning etc.). You have to look at graphs and find out the correct answer among several options.
Third step is the call from the direct manager. He is the one taking decisions and evaluating if you have the skills to enter the company.
I assume there would have been a fourth step, but unluckily i have not reached that out.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
