Interview
Straight forward, 2 interviews back to back with an area manager and an operations manager. Each person had a case study question and a few behavioral questions. Mostly they focused on people management and conflict resolution, then gave me time to ask about the job itself.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you failed. What did you do, how did you learn from it.
Majority of the questions where about people management and conflict resolution. Case study question was about pay discrepancy and how I would handle talking to another area manager about the situation
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
