Virtual interview through Amazon's video conference app Chime. Pre-briefed by recruiter prior to two separate interviews with an Ops and area manager. The interview consisted of a scenario question and then traditional interview questions.

Describe a time you used an out of the box solution to solve a problem
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
