Interview
The were two parts of the interview, with two different recruiters, the first were two case study questions, asking you how you would handle each situation and 2 behavioral questions and the second part were questions on how you've applied some of their leadership principles in your previous experiences.

Tell me about a time when you applied the leadership principle - Think Big
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
