Interview
It was a 2-hour interview with two different amazon employees. In the first part of the interview, you will be asked questions related to the company's 14 leadership principles. In the send hour of the interview, the questions are scenarios related to the job.

Tell me a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
