Go into the interview with stories for any question they ask, follow the 16 leadership principals . The questions can be found online. (bias for action ,learn and be curious, earn trust etc. ). Have Stories on leading a team, earning trust from your team, learning something new, times you've taken action, mistakes you've made, things you thought were not achievable but you achieved it . The interview can be difficult if your not someone who can think of a story from the top of your head but if you cant write your stories into STAR format and have your notes. Also make sure you have your elevator pitch down pack !!

Question 1
A team member was not performing well , what did you do and what was the result ?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
