The process was really straight forward. They called four days in advance to arrange the time for the telephone interview. They were very punctual and on time. When the telephone interview started, the interviewer said a lot about the company, the key principles, what are the benefits of working there, what they are looking for, what other opportunities-job positions i may consider. It helped take the edge off and give a feeling of a relaxed conversation. Later on, they asked questions on my educational background and my personal skills.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
