after sending in my CV I had to complete a telephone interview and fill out an online form. after that I went in for a face to face interview with the two team leaders in their office in Brighton. Following acceptance they do a background screening to double check everything stated on CV.

Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
