Amex came to our campus and shortlisted students by considering CGPA and resume. It took 2 rounds of interview, the first covering a brief intro about myself followed by discussion on projects mentioned in resume which were then followed by a puzzle and a business case. The next round felt like HR round as it focused on team work and other relevant skills but later dwelled around analytical ability as it was packed with puzzles and riddles.
