Just went over the resume. Not really an interview. Just 30 mins of the lady going over the dates of my employment. It was very frustrating as she didn’t speak strong English so I couldn’t understand the questions.

3 rounds, very corporate, was hard and wanted to know about experience and skills relevant to the role. STAR based questions and discussions on what to do in specific scenarios etc
Intro meeting so it was more casual. We met for coffee and talked about what is going on at American Express. I was really meeting with a friend at the company on behalf of my daughter who is looking for a job.
