Past screening, you do a recorded digital interview, coding assessment and then an assessment centre as the last stage of the process which is in person in the Burgess Hill office.
Two-Part Interview Process:
The first part involved solving and explaining a basic LeetCode-style problem related to data structures such as linked lists and heaps. The second part consisted of behavioral questions focused on workplace scenario

General set of behavioural questions were asked in the hirevue, one of them being "tell me a recent achievement you are proud of"
I received a hirevue interview two weeks ago. It asked about my skills and three behavioral questions, like why are you a good fit. If you prepare behavioral interviews you're fine,
