Applied online. Would recommend applying with a Cover letter. Received an email for a Second Round HireVue soon after. Consisted of 4 questions. Received an Offer a week after doing the HireVue.
Interview question was: tell me a time you worked in a team to solve a problem and why American express. Apart from that no technicals, was easy - very nice
