It was a very laidback process. The first round was a telephonic interview with behavioral questions. The second round was an in person interview at the Boston office with 4 employees, all behavioral questions.

First, it started with self-introduction and a why AG question, and then it was all about my resume. There are no other behavioral questions. AG attaches importance to data analysis skills, so they tend to ask very detailed follow-up question when you describe your research/data analysis projects.
