The interview process took well over a month, but it was very organized. Expect phone or video interviews with a recruiter, a culture fit interview, a technical competency interview, and likely an interview with the hiring manager. After the remote interviews, I was offered an opportunity to visit the Indianapolis office for a round of four in-person interviews. This was a great opportunity as it gave me the chance to get a better understanding of the company culture. Overall, a positive interview process, but it went a little longer than expected. I can see the potential to lose qualified candidates who are looking for a quicker process.
