Interview
Overall relaxed, conversational style, but the interviewer stressed it's "competency based". Questions were largely about communicating with peers/customers. After your initial answer they will ask some follow up questions if you didn't hit what they were looking for, so pay special attention to those.

It’s a very long process so have patience. Sometimes they will give you feedback but if you are external you will just receive a turn down email. Keep applying. Apple says it’s not a NO. It’s a not now and that’s very true.
