      Back-office Temp Interview

      18 Aug 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Autodesk in Mar 2009

      Interview

Meeting was arranged by a temp agency. They had my CV which I was asked to comment. Recruiter had a couple of classic questions (cite strength/weaknesses, give example of win-win cooperation) for app 1hr. As she had gotten herself an impression she suddenly proposed another position, also temp but much more interesting. I accepted that one and was then presented the manager. Another 1hr round of conversations. Finished by accepting the proposition and was given the job which turned out into a fixed position :)
