Interview
It was quick and effective. I spoke to the hiring manager and then within a week I had several interviews with stakeholders for the role. The best interview I've ever had in my life was one of these--a future team member examined my resume and LinkedIn thoroughly and came prepared with questions so thoughtful that I found myself digging deep for insights I hadn't previously assembled. I felt comfortable disclosing mistakes and things I had learned from them. I received an offer within days and accepted.
