Interview
The communication with the recruiter was positive. However, there was a notable delay of approximately three weeks between my application submission on their website and receiving a response. The initial screening was a smooth process, but the subsequent interview with the hiring manager, which lasted for 1 hour and 45 minutes, ultimately resulted in a rejection. I would like to suggest that if a hiring manager determines that a candidate is not the right fit, it might be more efficient and respectful of the candidate's time to conduct shorter interviews.

Interview
Overall very positive.
Had the typical interviews with the recruiter, hiring manager, and 1 other person.
Then came the different part.
I had to put together a presentation telling people about who I am and a project. The presentation was going to be given to a large group to eliminate the need for the panel interviews to ask the same questions.
Each of the panel interviews was topic-focused without the need to answer the same questions over and over.

As you would expect, Apply online, recruiter contacts, phone discussion with recruiter, Phone screening with hiring manager, Onsite interviews with hiring manager and couple of other folks. 2 nd round of onsite with few more folks, technical interview. 3rd round of interview with the team, cultural fit etc. Company offers me and negotiation happens.
