What was the biggest book of business you've managed?
I did a total of four interviews: an initial phone screen interview, then an interview with the CS manager, a second interview with another manager and a third one with a peer.

Tell me about yourself, what my day to day looks like, how do I prioritise, a time I made a mistake, how do I collaborate with other departments, what am I expecting from the team, what can the team expect from me, strenghts & weaknesses, why do I want to change
