Für die Einstellungsgespräche wird sich bei Bain& Company viel Zeit genommen. Die Interviewtage sind auf zwei Tage angesetzt. Am ersten Tag gibt es eine Company Presentation und ein Abendessen. Am zweiten Tag eine Gruppen Case Study und anschließend drei jeweils einstündige Interviews.

It was a straightforward process with two 30-minute interviews. It started with introductions and then the cases; you can have some time at the end for questions. The interviewers are helpful so you can ask clarifying questions.
Assesments sur TestGorilla (32 minutes). 2 rounds de 2 interviews. Premier round avec des associates ou bien des serniors. 2ème rounds avec des seniors et des partners. Interviws avec une partie fit et une partie Case.
