Contacted by HR Rep and performed phone interview. Two days later contacted by hiring manager and performed phone interview. At the conclusion of the phone interview with hiring manager I was told that they would be conducting an in person interview with me. Interview was in front of 5 current employees. Software implementation is the key, they are not only looking for project coordinators. They are looking for someone to come in a be able to project manage. Provide examples of you being able to identify issues before they actually happened is what I would recommend. If you go into this interview and not prepared (fluid answers that roll off your tongue) in all 5 phases of project management then you will roll out without a job offer.
The atmosphere was great and I wished I would have nailed the interview better than I did. Overall, I believe I did well, but my only mistake was not being fluid with my real world examples in each phases of the project. They want details so be prepared with them.
