Contacted by phone first where they did short interview to get you ready for 1:1 interview which was actually a 2:1 interview, this can spike nerves for some people. It's easier to talk with someone one on one rather than talking to two complete strangers at the same time (for me at least).

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
