Interview
Submitted an application online. Recieved a phone call from human resources to schedule a group interview. The group interview was led by one employee that asked open ended general questions to the group and expected everyone to speak up on their own. About 20 other candidates were in the room for positions in the area. If you spoke up enough and in a positive way, she told you one-on-one at the end that you would move on to the next round of interviews.

The questions weren't necessarily difficult it was just difficult coming up with a unique question in a room with 20 other people answering the question too.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
