Interview
It started with an online test to test your personality and make sure you have good teamwork, etc. Then a recruiter calls if you pass that and does a quick phone interview. Then they schedule a group interview. My group had 15 people. They are all about customer service, so make sure you emphasize that in everything you say. If you pass the group interview, you will be called for a one on one interview in a branch. That also has a series of questions pertaining to how you deal with difficult customers etc.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
