Interview
It was hard there were lots of questions including ones about the process of financials and discounted cash flow that made it really hard. It was overcomeable with some practice however.
Typical questions on finance and behavioural. Best to come in a good suit and rolex just in case. Assessors love people who has similar tastes. Other than that create small talk.

Describe a time you were in a position of leadership.
Very conversational, interviewer asked only a few technical questions but overall very chill. Just prepare for a behavioral interview mostly. The questions were pointed scenario based and wanted to know how you would react in a specific situation.
