Technical- Basics of cobol Jcl,DB2,CICS. If you know IMS then they will ask that and about your project.
Managerial- This will be tougher and whatever u have learned in your previous company will be asked along with your knowledge of cobol JCL DB2.
HR- This will comprise of a very basic interview in which basic details will be asked. I f you gave cleared the first two then no need to worry.
