CSC interview questions in Singapore

The interview took place in Singapore. A China guy interviewed me and I supposed he is the team lead. He started interviewing me asking me to describe my current work experience and what I do. After telling him about the technology, he started asking me about syntax statement, like do I know oracle? what does DBLINK in oracle do? how do I do a rollback in oracle? how do you design a piece of code if I have 3 piece of transaction, 1 failed and I have to rollback the three other transaction. Other challenging questions are like how do I optimized the DB query? The interview was quite short because this china guy doesn't seems to understand what I'm talking about while I don't really understand his questions.

The interview is with the Recruitment Manager, it was basically straight forward, the usual recruiter or HR questions about my educational background, my past experiences, technical skills and competency level on each skills. Was also asked about my salaries form my previous jobs and reason for leaving them. The interview did not lasted too long, maybe between 40 to 50 minutes.
