Efficient but didn't get selected even after answering 80% questions,whereas my friend who didn't answer any coding questions got selected which made me sad. This raises a question on selection process of capgemini

1.Aptitude
2.Group Discussion
3.Technical + HR
Aptitude Round consisted of Quantitative, Reasoning and English with Sectional cutoff.
Group Discussion was on Topics relating to Current Affairs, Social Responsibilities, mainly to check confidence, Public Speech, Stress Management etc.
Technical Round was a face to face Interview mainly targeting logical reasoning ability, and Programming
HR round was a face to face Interview mainly targeting Confidence, attitude etc
