1. Troubleshooting of the Rubrik Backup failures and performance the related issues. 2. Monitoring active monitor for any minor & major errors in backups, restores or any other operations. 3. Performing of restore operations for Oracle DB, SQL DB, VMs & Files sets as well. 4. Creating and working on tickets assigned to our group and closing as per the SLA requirements. 5. Backup Configurations of the VM, FS, Sequel DB, Oracle DB. 6. Monitoring capacity and Node healthy status.
