      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capgemini in Jun 2026

      Interview

I had an excellent interview experience with Capgemini. The process was well organized, transparent, and respectful of my time. It began with a 15-minute introductory conversation with the recruiter, who reached out to me via LinkedIn. She was friendly, communicative, and kept me informed throughout every step of the process. From there, I participated in two 30-minute panel interviews. The first was with three members of the team, followed by a second panel interview with two additional team members. Both interviews were well structured, informative, and conversational. Every interviewer was professional, welcoming, and genuinely interested in learning about my experience. I appreciated that the discussions felt like two-way conversations where I was able to learn about the team, the role, and the work just as much as they were able to learn about me. I was told there might be a third interview depending on what the hiring manager wanted, but after the second panel interview, the team decided they had enough information to make a hiring decision and extended an offer. I appreciated that they didn’t add another interview simply for the sake of following a process. It demonstrated an efficient hiring process and respect for my time. Although I ultimately accepted another opportunity that was a better fit for my current goals, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. The recruiter and interview team were exceptional, communication was timely, and the entire process reflected a collaborative and welcoming culture. Based on my experience, I would absolutely consider Capgemini again in the future and would encourage others to apply.
